		<description>Funny place, England. &lt;a href="http://www.egovmonitor.com/node/10193" rel="nofollow"&gt;Tony Blair was saying a couple of months ago that government needed to be more transparent&lt;/a&gt; and that the public expected a lot more service out of their public service. JP Rangaswami probably has more real-world experience of this ideal, but it is notable that the prime minister said it first. Remarkable, really :)</description>
